Nicola Peltz branded 'very mean girl' amid ongoing Beckham family drama
Bella Thorne appears to have hit out at "very mean girl", Nicola Peltz in a scathing outburst. In recent weeks, Nicola's alleged behaviour has become the topic of conversation due to her strained relationship with her husband, Brooklyn Beckham's famous family.
But in 2015, actress Bella hit out at a "mean girl" billionaire, and it has been speculated that the person she was talking about is socialite Nicola. At the time of her comments, Bella, 27, set tongues wagging over who she could have been talking about following her rather scathing comments.
There had been speculation that she may have been talking about reality stars Kendall and Kylie Jenner, as well as their friend Gigi Hadid. At the time of her comments, Bella said she stayed away from the billionaire "at all costs" and said she "hated" the woman, not because of her wealth, but because of her attitude.
"It's not I hate her because she's a billionaire," the actress said. She went on to add: "I don't like her because she is a billionaire and makes sure everyone knows that she is." Bella went on to add: "I never say hello to her. Her siblings are not mean like she is. It's just her."
Speaking to HuffPostLive, she commented: "One of the reasons I don't like her is because she's been a billionaire since she was very little, and she's never had to work for anything in her life." Nicola has six brothers as well as a sister. She also has two half-siblings from her dad, Nelson Peltz's previous marriages.
Peltz's father is a billionaire investor who initially started his career as a delivery truck driver before working his way up the ladder and launching one of the biggest food distribution companies in the world. His estimated net worth is believed to be around $1.6 billion, while her mother, Claudia Heffner Peltz, is also a former model.
The Peltz family own a large estate in Bedford, New York, as well as another large estate in Florida. Bella's comments in 2015 came just a year after Nicola appeared alongside Thorne's ex-boyfriend, Greg Sulkin, in the independent movie Affluenza. At the time of her comments, speculation was rife over who the billionaire in question was.
One social media user penned: "Bella might not have been singling out one girl, but if I had to pick one, I'm placing my bet on Nicola Peltz. Nicola is an actress around the same age as Bella so there could be some competition for roles there, she starred in a movie with Bella's current boyfriend Gregg so that could cause some problems, she has a ton of siblings (one who is also an actor), and she literally comes from a billionaire family."
A second added: "The girl she was talking about is Nicola Peltz (from Transformers, Bates Motel). Nicola literally was born rich and now she's starting a career in the Hollywood industry. They always hated each other since a long time ago. Bella thoughts her siblings are good because she's a good friend of Will Peltz (her brother) but she still doesn't like Nicola."
"She's talking about Nicola Pelt lmao," commented a third. Nicola is believed to be at loggerheads with her famous in-laws. Earlier this month, Nicola and Brooklyn jetted into London to celebrate David Beckham's 50th birthday, but eventually failed to attend any of the celebrations.
A source close to Nicola, however, rejected claims that she had been controlling her husband. Speaking to the Mirror, a pal said: "We are at this point because Nicola, an outsider coming into the Beckham family, has been able to help Brooklyn see the emotional abuse and toxic behavior within his family, that it's not healthy and it's not normal and it's not ok."
But a source close to the Beckham's lashed out at the claims and branded it a "deeply unpleasant attack". They said: "It doesn't even warrant a response it's so ludicrous and patently untrue."
The Mirror approached Bella's spokesperson for comment.

Brooklyn Beckham's 'family brand vow renewal a gratuitous display of obscene wealth' after he and Nicola failed to invite any of his relatives
's family have reportedly branded his and Nicola Peltz 's secret vow renewal a 'gratuitous display of obscene wealth'. The couple wed for a second time on August 2 in Westchester County in front of her family, followed by a butterfly-theme afterparty, with the Beckham clan nowhere in sight at either event. The lack of his family's presence is the latest sign Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, have washed their hands with his family. Now, sources close to the Beckhams claim the family didn't understand the need for Brooklyn and Nicola to renew their vows just three years after tying the knot in 2022. A source told The Sun: 'They would understand if it was, say, 10 years down the line - maybe even five. But three?! It seems like quite a gratuitous display of obscene wealth. 'Also, if Brooklyn wanted to create a really cute memory, why couldn't he have just let his family know their plans first? 'To be honest, although there have been moments of rapprochement, this hostility dates back to 2021, around six months before the original wedding. 'The dynamics have just never really gelled. Of course David and Victoria want Brooklyn to be happy and clearly he is wildly in love still, but a lot of people have been hurt. It is a sad situation and everyone fears there is no way back now. It is done.' Daily Mail has contacted the Peltz and Beckham's representatives for comment. Brooklyn's family's feelings towards their vow renewal could suggest why none of his relatives were on the invite list. However, Victoria, David and their children Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14, were said to have only found out about Brooklyn's big day after reading about it on a US website. It's a stark contrast to Nicola's family, who had key roles at the second wedding, with her father Nelson, 83, officiating, wearing her mother Claudia's, 70, vintage wedding gown and letting her parents take centre stage once again at the after party. Their eldest son has become increasingly estranged from the family ever since he snubbed his father's 50th birthday, and now, the family fear it's a final kick in the teeth for the family. A source told The Sun on Monday: 'This was the final kick in the teeth for David and Victoria. Seeing Nelson having such a pivotal role at the ceremony was heartbreaking for David especially. Not one member of the 30-plus extended family knew about the wedding, or were invited. 'His grandparents are devastated too as Brooklyn has always been so close to them.' The source added: 'It feels cruel and spiteful. This is no longer a game. It has gone beyond all that. This is a family who feel they have lost their precious boy - and see no way back. 'Honestly, they are now questioning why he even wants to keep the 'Beckham' surname - will he revert to Peltz? August 2nd 2025 - is this the day Brooklyn formally declared himself no longer a part of the Beckham family? It certainly feels like it.' Brooklyn and Nicola first tied the knot in a lavish £3million ceremony in 2022, when relations first began to sour with his parents in the run-up to the big day. After shunning a dress made by her fashion designer Victoria in favour of a Valentino gown in 2022 - a choice which wasn't well received - Nicola once again snubbed her mother-in-law and wore her mother Claudia's vintage wedding gown. It is a poignant message to Posh and Becks', whom he and Nicola have grown increasingly estranged over recent months. All the while the Beckhams were said to be upset by the Peltzes in 2022 who they felt were taking over the wedding. And ever since their first big nuptials in April 2022, the two families have not reunited and Nicola has rarely been pictured with the Beckhams. The couple shared the images on Instagram on Monday, alongside the words 'only love.' Nicola wore the same original $1.8mill ring set adding a glinting filter onto the dazzling jewels. They also shared a video of their very casual proposal on TikTok alongside a song by Ysabelle Cuevas alongside the words: 'Lost in your eyes..' Brooklyn described the vow renewal as a 'really beautiful experience' while admitting he is still head-over-heels for his wife. Speaking for the first time about the day, the 26-year-old admitted he'd happily do it 'every single day' if he could. Brooklyn said the moment was all about creating a 'really cute memory' they'd treasure forever.

BBC fans fume over 'unfinished' plot as Scots black comedy axed after two series
Nicola Walker has been dealt a major blow as the popular BBC series has been written off by the broadcaster - and fans are less than impressed. It has been revealed that Annika will not be making a return to screens for a third series. The BBC announced that the show, starring Nicola Walker, had been axed after two series. Nicola, 55, has been dealt the huge blow as the detective drama will no longer run on U+Alibi and BBC. Fans have been left less than impressed at the "disappointing" news as they slammed bosses' decision. The series was first based on the BBC Radio 4 audio drama Annika Strandhed, with Nicola voicing the principal character. The programme was renowned for its distinctive style, with the detective regularly breaking the fourth wall to speak directly to viewers. A representative informed the RadioTimes: "We are incredibly proud of the success of Annika on U+Alibi, but there are no current plans for a third series." Annika's axe comes despite its impressive Rotten Tomatoes rating, with an 83 per cent score and a 96 per cent audience rating. The drama saw Annika leading the fictional Glasgow-based Marine Homicide Unit, with the cast consisting of Katie Leung as DC Blair Ferguson, Jamie Sives as DS Michael McAndrews, Ukweli Roach as DS Tyrone Clarke and Kate Dickie as DCI Diane Oban. The star-studded line-up also included Doctor Who star Varada Sethu joining as DC Harper Weston in season two, while Paul McGann played Annika's love interest Jake Strathearn, and Silvie Furneaux was her daughter, Morgan. Following the news, fans took to social media to vent their frustrations. One person wrote on Twitter: "So disappointed that #BBC aren't bringing #Annika back for S3. So many unfinished plot lines. Really enjoyed S1&2." Another added: "Shame current series of #Annika on @BBCOne is the last. Such a great series...," as a third simply remarked: "Gutted they have cancelled Annika." "WHAT?!! Love this show! Why must @BBC axe popular progs? Why stop after a cliffhanger at the end of the previous series?," fumed another. Viewers also took to discussion platform Reddit, equally as 'gutted' over the news expressing how angry they were. One person wrote: "Gutted about this, loved the show. P****d off as well, don't end things on a cliffhanger then cancel it, insult to the audience!" Someone else added: "Damn, that's so annoying; I enjoyed both series immensely. At least give us the trifecta to close things out properly!" "All it needed was one more series to be complete I reckon, what a joke," wrote another. "One of the better things from the BBC in years and now they axe it with what exactly to fill it's place? Nothing... is most likely the answer." Someone else quipped: "Well that sucks, really was enjoying it and wanted to know what was going to happen in the next series. Why do they do this? Surely this was getting enough viewing figures to continue it. Either way it totally sucks a**." However, not everyone was surprised, as some people didn't have great reviews. One person said: "Surprised they green lit series 2," as someone else wrote: "Probably the only show with Nicola Walker that was a dull fest. Just didn't happen." Another added: "It worked well on the radio series but didn't always translate to screen. I really recommend the R4 series, also with Nicola Walker." "I love her work. But when I watched the first episode and she turned to the camera and spoke, I was like: this doesn't feel right. I never went back," expressed someone else. One other quipped: "Love Nicola Walker but this did her no favours," as someone else echoed: "Agreed. Love her and will watch anything she's in. But this was by far my least favorite."

Real reason Brooklyn Beckham renewed vows after tears at first wedding
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have renewed their wedding vows just three years after their 2022 bash was said to have been the catalyst for a major rift between David and Victoria Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have renewed their wedding vows in a lavish ceremony, attended by members of the bride's family. As the Beckham feud hits an all time low, fans were shocked to see that neither David or Victoria, their other three children or extended family were invited to the ceremony. Sources have now revealed that the family were not even told about the vow renewal. Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, have only been married three years. Their last $3million wedding hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons, after a series of revelations about their special day came to light. Nicola was said to have been left in 'tears' by one upsetting moment. In a perceived dig at Victoria second time round, Nicola opted to wear her own mother's wedding dress after u-turning on her decision to wear one of Victoria's designs at her first wedding. Drama was bubbling under even before Nicola and Brooklyns said 'I do' in 2022, when Nicola opted to wear a Valentino Couture gown in an apparent snub to her mother-in-law. Tensions between the couple finally came to a head after Victoria, 51, allegedly 'hijacked' a dance at Brooklyn's 2022 Palm Beach wedding to actress Nicola Peltz, 30. The move went down like a lead balloon in the room sources claimed, seeing as though it was the song the happy couple had planned to dance to together. "Marc Anthony, who is a friend of the Beckhams, offered to perform as a gift at the wedding," a source told People at the time."Before the song began, Marc Anthony asked Brooklyn to come to the stage, and then announced, 'The most beautiful woman in the room tonight, come on up.... Victoria Beckham!'" The source claims that the new bride allegedly "felt that Victoria ruined her wedding, and couldn't understand why." A second insider said the entire room was so shocked that Anthony called Victoria's name over Nicola's that a complete silence followed. "It was such a jaw-dropping moment that it left the whole room in absolute shock — you could hear a pin drop," the second source adds. Guests at the $3million bash went into a deeper tailspin when Victoria insisted on a slow dance with her son. It wasn't appropriate," the source says of the alleged moment, adding that everyone then saw "Nicola run from the room crying." "Nicola felt like Victoria did this on purpose, when she knew it was a pre-planned romantic dance meant for Brooklyn and Nicola. What she couldn't understand was why." Another guest at the wedding had a differing version of events, saying the newly weds had their first official dance earlier in the evening to Elvis Presley's Only Fools Rush In as they had wanted. While Nicola had a separate dance with her father later in the evening. They say Marc Anthony - a close friend of David and Victoria - played a song as Brooklyn danced with his mum and 'everyone had a great time.' As the rumours about a wedding night upset continued to swirl, Nicola spoke out on the rumours herself - and defended the Beckham clan. In an interview with The Sunday Times, Peltz Beckham said: "It's not a feud! I keep seeing everywhere that word, 'feud, feud, feud'. "I don't know why they say feud. I mean, maybe they picked up on something? And now they're labelling it 'feud'?" She added: "No family is perfect!" Nicola also directly addressed the claims that she decided not to wear a dress specifically designed for her by Victoria Peltz Beckham said: "I think it all started because I didn't end up wearing Victoria's wedding dress. "But the real truth is, I really, really wanted to wear it and I thought it was so beautiful that Brooklyn's mom got to make that for me! And I was really excited to wear it! And I didn't end up wearing it." Nicola said Victoria Beckham called her mother and said she couldn't make the dress because her "atelier couldn't make the dress in time".
